About Us
The M.U.S.I.C Program is independently owned and managed by Denise McGrail. Denise's background is in the social service field. She worked for 8 years as a social worker for a local domestic violence shelter where she advocated for women and children. Upon leaving this position in 2005, Denise became licensed to teach the Kindermusik curriculum. The M.U.S.I.C Program officially opened in 2006 and has been sharing the gift of music with children ever since.
The M.U.S.I.C Program is located in St. Charles County and provides children a fun musical experience that will enrich and encourage a life-long love of music and learning. We offer preschool and home childcare center classes. All classes are taught by a trained staff member of The M.U.S.I.C Program.

I am married and have two boys, Elliott (5) and Ethan (3). We live in the Wentzville/Lake St. Louis area, and I currently stay home full-time with my boys. I grew up in southern Illinois, graduated from the University of Illinois, and then earned a master's degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Before I decided to stay home full-time, I was a speech-language pathologist at an elementary school for 5 years and also provided speech-language services to preschoolers throughout graduate school and also through private practice. Volunteering at our church and our children's schools keeps me pretty busy, but I like to fill my spare time with photography and scrapbooking as well as shopping, traveling and being with family and friends, of course! I am extremely happy to be able to bring the gift of music to your children.

I grew up in St. Peters and now live in Flint Hill with my husband and three children. I have my Masters Degree in Elementary Education and have taught for ten years. After the arrival of my third child I decided to stay home. Between running the Before and After Care program and volunteering at my children's school, "transporting" children to dance, ball practice, 4-H Club, and Girl Scouts I stay pretty busy! I look forward to sharing my love for music with your children.
